4 people	dbe80ac05c	fix: Fix OneDev migration with OneDev 16.8 and newer (#40017) (#40026) ... Backport #40017 by @lunny OneDev 16.8 moved the server version endpoint from `/~api/version/server` to `/~api/server/version`. Both are tried, the new one first, and both errors are reported when neither works. Fix #36859 Replace live third-party API calls in migration tests with a fixture-based HTTP mock server. Fixtures are committed so tests run offline by default; live recording is gated per service on an API-token env var.
