Simplify emoji rendering ( #34048 )

It seems like most of our custom styles around the .emoji class are
useless and we can just make them render like any other text. Rendering
should now match GitHub.

https://github.com/go-gitea/gitea/pull/12317 for some context. I think
browser emoji rendering has improved in recent years so these hacks are
no longer needed.

Refactor markup and pdf-viewer to use new init framework ( #33772 )

1. Add some "render-content" classes to "markup" elements when the
content is rendered
2. Use correct "markup" wrapper for "preview" (but not set that class on
the tab)
3. Remove incorrect "markup" class from LFS file view, because there is
no markup content
* "edit-diff" is also removed because it does nothing
5. Use "initPdfViewer" for PDF viewer
6. Remove incorrect "content" class from milestone markup
7. Init all ".markup" elements by new init framework

Absolute positioned checkboxes overlay floated elements ( #26870 )

Currently, checkboxes are positioned as absolute. This positioning
causes the input to overlay an element that has been floated within the
editor. Floated elements are useful if you want your text to wrap around
this element. This PR fixes the overlaying of checkboxes by removing the
absolute positioning, updating the `ul` padding, and
displaying`.task-list-item` `flex` to ensure inputs and the associated
label are on the same line.

## Changes
- no more hardcoded `border-radius`es (apart from `0`)
- no more value inconsistencies
- no more guessing what pixel value you should use
- two new variables:
- `--border-radius-medium` (for elements where the normal border radius
does not suffice)
- `--border-radius-circle` (for displaying circles)

- The library that's being used for org-mode, [doesn't render the status
of list items](https://github.com/niklasfasching/go-org/issues/63 ).
- Add a modified version of the proposed CSS snippet to still display
the status for the list items. The alternative was parsing HTML and
transforming it, which is too complicated for this small task.

1. Fix the bug: the TOC in footer was incorrectly rendered as main
content's TOC
2. Fix the layout: on mobile, the TOC is put above the main content,
while the sidebar is put below the main content

Change --font-weight-bold to --font-weight-semibold and 600 value, introduce new font weight variables ( #24827 )

There was some recent discussion about this in Discord `ui-design`
channel and the conclusion was that
https://github.com/go-gitea/gitea/issues/24305 should have fixed their
OS font installation to have semibold weights.
I have now tested this 601 weight on a Windows 10 machine on Firefox
myself, and I immediately noticed that bold was excessivly bold and
rendering as 700 because browsers are biased towards bolder fonts. So
revert this back to the previous value.

This change makes the CSS for `<video>` in markup match that of `<img>`,
and also allows additional attributes to be used. This way the width,
padding, alignment should work equally well for both.

Show errors for KaTeX and mermaid on the preview tab ( #24009 )

There is a conflicting fomantic rule that hid the error messages inside
the markdown preview tab for things like mermaid or katex.
Overruled it to always show these errors.

Replace Less with CSS ( #23481 )

Ran most of the Less files through the Less compiler and Prettier and
then followed up with a round of manual fixes.
The Less compiler had unfortunately stripped all `//` style comments
that I had to restore (It did preserve `/* */` comments). Other fixes
include duplicate selector removal which were revealed after the
transpilation and which weren't caught by stylelint before but now are.
