Save TimeStamps for Star, Label, Follow, Watch and Collaboration to Database (#13124)
* Add timestamps to Star, Label, LanguageStat, Follow, Watch and Collaboration

* Star do not need updated

* LanguageStat do not need update (they wont change)

* fix unit-test
