migrate from com.* to alternatives (#14103)
* remove github.com/unknwon/com from models

* dont use "com.ToStr()"

* replace "com.ToStr" with "fmt.Sprint" where its easy to do

* more refactor

* fix test

* just "proxy" Copy func for now
